Is it hard to move over to InfusionSoft?
Nope! When you purchase InfusionSoft, you are assinged a consultant that will help you get your system up-and-running the way you want it. Typically, this process begins with the consultant importing all of your contacts into Infusion. That's right! Your assinged consultant will assist you in exporting your data out of your existing softwares (Excel, Outlook, ACT!, etc...) and import that data into your new InfusionSoft so you can get up-and-going with minimal downtime. Then, the consultant will show you how to create automated marketing campaigns, setup the shopping cart, automate and systematize your business processes, and train you on best practices. Along with your assigned consultant, you will have unlimited access to a knowledgeable technical support team. Tech support will be available to you as long as you are a client of Infusion Software. How do I Prepare?
Before you take the leap into InfusionSoft Nirvana, there are some important tasks that you need to complete. Take out a piece of paper and write down the business processes that you want to automate with a CRM. For example: one of your processes may simply be the automation of customer follow-up. How do you follow up with clients now? Write down the steps you currently take to follow-up on a client. Here's another example: How do you currently convert a prospect (lead) into a client? What are the specific steps you or your sales team takes to convert that lead? Write down every step from lead generation to conversion -flowchart it if you need to. Putting this stuff on paper is a fantastic business excersize. Once you have this type of information down on paper, it will be much easier to implement InfusionSoft.
